Nora brings two decades of experience building collaboration between organizations with different priorities and translating complex requirements into actionable outcomes. As federal liaison and operations coordinator for a major civil construction contractor, she managed 10-15 simultaneous contracts while coordinating directly with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Army, and Air Force—the same cross-organizational coordination and stakeholder communication that drives effective program implementation. Her expertise spans contract administration, budget development, KPI tracking, and systems design, with a proven track record of building processes from scratch that reduce waste and increase organizational visibility. Beyond her professional career, she spent 21 years as a military spouse managing complex logistics across five household relocations, four states, and an overseas posting, largely as the sole decision-maker. That combination of federal agency liaison experience, systems-building expertise, and independent judgment under pressure uniquely positions her to oversee all aspects of JustUs programs—ensuring each initiative stays aligned with our mission while delivering measurable impact.
